HANNAH SPEAR

With training experience starting back in 2019, Coach Hannah brings a well-rounded training approach to all that she works with. In the gym, you can find Coach Hannah working one-on-one with her clients, and coaching a majority of our group strength training classes.

Coach Hannah loves working with individuals to help build strength, improve their health, and create healthier lifestyle habits through fitness and nutrition. She brings a relational and fun approach to training, with the goal of helping you fall in love with the process!

When she's not in the gym, Coach Hannah is an active leader in her church, snuggling up with her cats, and enjoying a wide variety of activities from hiking to kickboxing!
